SUP | Sup Lessons

Starting in Hawaii in 1900 and spreading all over the world, stand up paddle surfing entered the hearts of those who like sea sports.

There are many kinds of Sup :
-ocean Sup on the waves
-calm water Sup
-rivers and lakes Sup
-exploring and entertainment Sup
-exercise and yoga Sup.

Even if you haven’t tried it before, our trainers will teach you the technique from scratch and in a short while you will be able to find your balance and enjoy the sport.
If you have experienced it before, our experienced guides will lead you to enjoy the sport in calm water along sandy or rocky beaches of the Saronic and Argolic Gulfs where you will have the chance to swim and sunbathe on isolated beaches. If you wish to record your unforgettable experience , our Go Pro Action cameras will be at your disposal.
What you need to bring with you is :
-your swimming suit
-hat
-sunglasses
-spare clothes ( to keep dry).

All the rest of the equipment will be provided by us and this includes:

-Sup paddle
-safety leash
-waterproof bag
-insurance
-life jacket.
Our stuff is well trained to provide first aid , if needed and sea rescue in emergency situations.

Knowing how to swim is a must in conducting activities such as SUP.
